This competition is open to all 3rd Rail Distribution and Stab customers who have entered the relevant and necessary details requested on the entry form.
This competition is open to Australian customers only.
Employees of 3rd Rail Distribution and Stab’s, their subsidiaries, affiliates or other parties, in any way involved in the development, production, or distribution of this competition, as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each such employee and/or authors, are not eligible to participate in the Promotion.
This competition will commence at 00:00 AEST Wednesday 6th July, 2022 and all entries must be received by 23:59 AEST on 31th August, 2022. 3rd Rail Distribution and Stab accept no responsibility for any entries that are incomplete, illegible, corrupted or fail to reach the Promoter by the relevant closing date for any reason.
To enter, entrants must agree to provide 3rd Rail Distribution and Stab with their full name, email address, postcode and date of birth. Entrants must also agree that they have read the terms and conditions and also agree to join the 3rd Rail Distribution (including Surfboard Empire and mono brands: Lost Australia, Pyzel Australia, Simple Shoes, Mark Richards Surfboards, YOW SurfSkates, Cabianca Australia, Florence Marine X Australia and LSD) and STAB mailing lists.
Entrants must also follow @lostaustralia and @stab on Instagram.
This is a game of chance with a random draw, and no skill is required to enter.
There are 4 prizes total in the prize pool - 4 Lost Lightspeed Surfboards, ridden by Taj Burrow.
The total value of the prize pool is valued at AUD $2,800AUD.
One prize will be drawn and given away every fortnight on the following dates: 20th July, 2022, 3rd August, 2022, 17th August 2022 and 31st August 2022.
The competition will be drawn on the dates referenced in point 11 of these terms and conditions at the 3rd Rail Distribution Head Office, 22/55 Ourimbah Rd, Tweed Heads at 11am.
Each individual winner will be notified via email from an official 3rd Rail Distribution email address (@3rdrail.com) on the dates mentioned in point 11 of these terms and conditions.
Each individual winner must claim their prize within 30 days of 3rd Rail Distribution sending the email. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules via a draw held 31 days after the email was sent at 11:00pm at the above mentioned 3rd Rail Distribution Head Office.
The winners will be announced on the Lost Australia Instagram (@lostaustralia) immediately after each individual draw mentioned on the dates in point 11 of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter’s decision is final.
The prize is non-transferrable and no cash alternative will be offered.
If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
By entering the competition each entrant agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
